I work with adults struggling with a variety of stressors and experiences, including anxiety, depression, life transitions, grief and loss, uncomfortable or unfamiliar emotions, and relationship difficulties. I am an LGBTQIA+ identifying and affirming therapist, and love working with members of our community. Whether you’re brand new to therapy or have done this before, I’m ready to meet you where you’re at and be your teammate. I am also EMDR trained and excited to offer this modality for treatment of trauma, negative self-talk, depression, and anxiety.
My clinical approach is direct and honest without judgment or assumption. I believe everyone is doing the best they can with what they have, and my role is to help you gain insight into the internal and external factors that may be causing you distress or holding you back. We are a team; the therapeutic relationship will be one of collaboration and respect.
I am happy to offer a 15-minute free consultation phone call to answer questions and see if we are the right fit. If I feel that your needs do not match my skill set or scope, I will provide you with recommendations and referrals. I do not see couples or anyone under 18.
